Conditions of Use

User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a public offer and governs the relationship between PROXYLEET (hereinafter referred to as "PROXYLEET", "Service") and any person using the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

1. General Provisions and Definitions

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer. Full and unconditional acceptance of the Agreement is made by performing conclusive actions: registering on the website, paying for services, or starting to use the Service. Acceptance is equivalent to signing a written contract.

1.2. Service — the PROXYLEET software and hardware platform that provides the User with access to proxy servers via a web interface and/or API (SaaS model).

1.3. Personal Account — the User's personal section on the Service website, designed for managing services and obtaining information.

1.4. Tariff Plan — the set of pricing conditions and limitations that determine the scope and cost of services provided, published on the Service website.

1.5. Order — the placement and payment by the User for a selected service via the Service website or Telegram bot, upon completion of which the User is granted access to proxies.

1.6. By registering on the website or using the services, the User confirms that they have read and unconditionally agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Description of Services

2.1. PROXYLEET provides access to proxy servers for various tasks and services, including social networks, marketplaces, web applications, and other online resources.

2.2. Types of proxies include server and mobile (HTTP/S, SOCKS5), as well as subscription-based proxy lists.

2.3. All proxies are tested based on parameters (HTTP/S, SOCKS4/5), including anonymity levels (transparent, anonymous, elite).

2.4. Territory of service provision — worldwide.

2.5. Services are provided on an "AS IS" basis. The Service does not guarantee absolute uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific speed metrics. The Service makes no guarantees that third-party software used in service delivery is fully protected from vulnerabilities or malicious components.

3. Prohibited Actions

The User is strictly prohibited from using the Service for any of the following actions. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes grounds for immediate access termination without refund.

3.1. Network Attacks and Unauthorized Access

  • Port scanning, probing, vulnerability testing of any systems, networks, or equipment, including PROXYLEET infrastructure.
  • Conducting or facilitating DDoS attacks and other denial-of-service attacks.

  • Monitoring data or traffic on any network or system without explicit permission from the owner.
  • Using accounts that do not belong to the User.

3.2. Spam and Unsolicited Messaging

  • Spam in any form: email, forums, blogs, guestbooks, messengers, social networks, and any other platforms.
  • Unsolicited bulk email/messaging.
  • Any actions that may result in IP addresses being blacklisted (BlockList.de, SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop, and others).

3.3. Malware and Fraud

  • Phishing, creating fake websites and pages for data collection.
  • Using forged headers, IP addresses, or other identifying information for the purpose of deception or impersonation.

3.4. Traffic Abuse and Overload

  • P2P file sharing, torrent networks, downloading and transmitting large files.
  • Automated or continuous processes generating high data volumes without end-user interaction.
  • Using proxies as a dedicated stationary connection or for unauthorized redistribution of network traffic.
  • Using software or tools for reselling, siphoning traffic, or redirecting it to third parties.

3.5. Intellectual Property

  • Modification, decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering of the Service or any of its components.
  • Creating derivative products based on the Service.
  • Removing or altering any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices.
  • Resale, sublicensing, or transferring access to the Service to third parties without prior written consent from PROXYLEET.

3.6. Legal Compliance

  • Any activity that violates the laws of the Russian Federation or applicable international law.
  • Any activity that violates the laws of the country in which the proxy server being used is located.

By engaging in unlawful activities using the Service, the User bears full administrative and criminal liability for all their actions and consequences thereof.

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

4.1. Payment for services is made on a prepayment basis. Proxies are provided to the User immediately upon payment confirmation. Orders can be placed via the Service website or Telegram bot.

4.2. The cost of services is determined by current Tariff Plans published on the Service website.

4.3. Server and mobile proxies are sold individually. Subscription proxies provide access to an up-to-date list of available proxies.

4.4. Refunds are available within 2 (two) hours of payment, provided the service has not been actually used. In case of partial service usage, refunds are only issued for confirmed technical malfunctions on the Service side.

4.5. When purchasing proxies in countries with unstable political or economic conditions, refunds are not available; only replacement with equivalent proxies is permitted.

4.6. The User independently monitors the validity period of purchased proxies and, if necessary, places a renewal or a new order.

4.7. Banking and payment system commissions incurred during payment are borne by the party whose bank or payment system charged the commission.

4.8. PROXYLEET reserves the right to change Tariff Plans unilaterally without prior notice to Users. Current prices are published on the Service website.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. PROXYLEET is not liable for the content of information transmitted or received by the User through the Service.

5.2. PROXYLEET is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or lost profits) incurred by the User or third parties as a result of using or being unable to use the Service, including due to failures, errors, and interruptions.

5.3. PROXYLEET is not liable for the actions of third parties, including telecommunications providers, payment systems, hosting providers, and other counterparties.

5.4. PROXYLEET is not liable for the quality of public communication channels through which access to the Service is provided.

5.5. The aggregate liability of PROXYLEET under this Agreement shall under no circumstances exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the billing period in which the grounds for liability arose.

5.6. The User bears full responsibility for any breach of this Agreement and for all actions performed using their account, including actions by third parties who gained access through the User's Personal Account.

5.7. In the event of a breach of this Agreement by the User, the User agrees to indemnify PROXYLEET for documented actual damages, including losses caused by claims, lawsuits, and fines from third parties related to the User's actions.

5.8. The User bears full administrative and criminal liability for unlawful actions committed using the Service.

5.9. Upon confirmation of technical malfunctions or proxy issues on the Service side, PROXYLEET undertakes to replace proxies or refund funds in accordance with Section 4.

6. Suspension and Termination of Access

6.2. In cases of gross or repeated violations of prohibited actions (Section 3), PROXYLEET has the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement without prior notice and without refunding any payments made.

6.3. For minor violations, PROXYLEET will send the User a warning specifying a reasonable period for remediation. If the violation is not remedied within the specified period, PROXYLEET has the right to terminate access without refund.

6.4. The User may cancel services at any time by sending a notice to customer support. The cost of the unused period of paid services is subject to refund minus costs actually incurred by PROXYLEET.

6.5. PROXYLEET may at any time discontinue the provision of certain services without cause by notifying the User no less than 5 (five) calendar days in advance. In such cases, the cost of the unused period of paid services is subject to refund.

11.2. The new version of the Agreement takes effect 5 (five) calendar days after publication on the website.

11.3. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Agreement.

11.4. The User is obligated to independently monitor changes to the Agreement terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations. A mandatory pre-trial claim procedure is required. The response period for a claim is 30 (thirty) calendar days from its receipt.
